Sadly, the Anyway Cafe-2ndAve, in NYC closed! Grace Garland had a Thursday Music Residency there for more than 12 years, (she was fondly called “The Thursday Girl” and many came on that night from 9p-12a, saying as they walked in: “It’s THURSDAY, I know where I had to be” …greeting her with HUGS as she sang!) 🙂 This is one of the countless memories from there by the GRACE GARLAND DUO ( in true LADY G! form) 🙂 Fortunately, the GRACE GARLAND Duo appears at the Anyway Cafe–Neck Rd in Brooklyn, usually on a Saturday, you can see them there SATURDAY, August 19th,9p-12a ,NO cover, food and drink!
